To register an Account and use leo4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
leo4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
leo4d implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to comply with international gaming standards and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be required to submit the following documents:
Verification typically processes within 1-24 hours. leo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must immediately notify leo4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. leo4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
leo4d supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name.
Deposit processing times are typically instant for major Indonesian banks during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM WIB) and may be delayed during off-hours or bank maintenance periods. leo4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted once your Account has been fully verified through KYC procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by leo4d. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours from the time of request. leo4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation to prevent money laundering and fraud.
leo4d maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must match in payment method where possible. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and temporary withdrawal restrictions.
leo4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed on the promotion page before you opt in.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are strictly limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
Example: A Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total wagers of Rp 3,000,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:
All bonuses have a validity period displayed in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will expire after the validity period ends. Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.
All games offered on leo4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent auditors to ensure fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.
leo4d does not manipulate game outcomes. However, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel games in the event of technical malfunction, software error, or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
Sports betting is subject to specific rules regarding bet settlement, result confirmation, and dispute resolution. Official sports governing body results are considered final for bet settlement purposes. In cases where events are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section.
leo4d reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or where unfair advantage has been gained through late betting after outcomes are known.
Maximum winnings from a single bet or gaming session may be capped depending on the game type and stake level. Specific limits are displayed in individual game rules and promotional terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the leo4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
leo4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity. Accounts found in violation will be closed and remaining balances forfeited.
leo4d strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend Services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice. leo4d is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
In the event of software malfunction, hardware failure, or other technical errors affecting game results or transaction processing, leo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. Players will be notified of such corrections.
leo4d's total liability to any Player for all claims arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited into the Player's Account during the six months preceding the claim. leo4d is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
leo4d integrates with third-party game providers and payment processors. While we carefully select reputable partners, we are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party services.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts closed under self-exclusion programs (see Responsible Gaming Policy) may have cooling-off periods before reopening is permitted.
leo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if we determine that:
Upon closure for cause, leo4d may forfeit remaining Account balances and bonuses. Legitimate deposits will be returned to the Player unless forfeiture is justified by breach of Terms.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. leo4d reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified via email before fees are assessed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which leo4d is licensed to operate. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Indonesian law shall apply to any disputes arising from your use of leo4d Services.
In the event of a dispute between you and leo4d, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English and shall take place in a neutral jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes with leo4d will be resolved on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
